Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Blanktide, provided by Borealbit Technology Limited. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules.

Current content

The current release is a vertical slice containing one complete, replayable region. Descriptions of possible future regions or features are plans, not promises, unless they are expressly included in a purchased product at the time of sale.

Supporter Edition

The optional non-consumable Supporter Edition permanently displays a cosmetic Supporter Seal in Settings, Atlas, and Reprint while a verified StoreKit entitlement is active. It does not include levels, gameplay power, virtual currency, or future content. Prices and purchase availability are shown by the App Store. Purchase restoration, family sharing, refunds, and revocations are handled under Apple’s rules.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it, interfere with the app or its services, misuse support channels, or use the app or website to violate law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The app, website, characters, artwork, music, text, software, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Borealbit Technology Limited. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Availability and changes

We may fix, rebalance, update, or discontinue free features. We will not intentionally replace the expressly described content of a completed purchase with materially different content. Online Apple services may be unavailable independently of the local game.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
